Critical incident review tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly

The Inspector's report of a review of the assault of a detainee at the Alexander Maconochie Centre on 1 January 2019 was tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly this week. The report makes three recommendations about risk assessments for shared cell placements and the use of investigative segregation.
